How do I get to Armstrong Auditorium?
We are located on the campus of Herbert W. Armstrong College in north Edmond at 14400-B South Bryant Avenue.

Where do I park?
Parking lots are directly next to the auditorium. Our courteous parking attendants will direct you to a parking space upon arrival. All parking is free.

What access and parking is available for visitors with disabilities?
To make advance arrangements for wheelchair location tickets, please call (405) 285-1010.

Handicap parking and wheelchair access ramps are located on the northeast side of the auditorium. Parking attendants will direct you to the handicap parking with a valid handicap permit.

How early should I arrive for the event?
Doors open 30 minutes before the scheduled concert time.

What if I arrive late?
Late seating is provided at the first available break in the performance. Television monitors will allow you to view the performance while you wait to be seated. Ticketed seats are guaranteed until intermission.

Can I buy tickets at the door?
We do not sell tickets at the door of Armstrong Auditorium. Please visit the box office to purchase tickets the day of the performance.

Where is the box office located?
The box office is located on the ground floor of the Hall of Administration, just across the front mall at 14400-A South Bryant. The box office opens one hour before the scheduled concert time. There is no difference in price, although tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Will Call tickets may be claimed at the box office. Please have photo I.D. ready.

What is the dress for your concerts?
Dress ranges from nice casual to semi-formal, depending on the event. We encourage comfortable attire suitable for a professional environment.

Are children allowed?
Yes, but they must be ticketed for the performance. If you choose to bring a child and he/she creates a disturbance or interferes with anyone’s enjoyment of the performance, you and the child will kindly be asked to watch the remainder of the performance in Grand Lobby.

What can I bring?
Armstrong Auditorium is constructed of some of the finest quality materials on earth. To help preserve its beauty and protect the fine furnishings, you may bring personal items including a coat or handbag, however, parcels, luggage and umbrellas are not permitted in Armstrong Auditorium.
Umbrella stands are available outside on the veranda in inclement weather. Instruments are not permitted in the theater and must be claimed checked or returned to your car during the performance.
Please note that food and beverages are not permitted inside Armstrong Auditorium.

Is there a Claim Check?

Are recording devices/photographs allowed at your concerts?
For licensing purposes and as a courtesy to the artists and the other patrons, photography or recording of any kind is strictly prohibited during the concerts.

May I smoke?
Armstrong Auditorium is a smoke-free facility indoors. Smoking is permitted outside the Grand Lobby on the veranda.

May I use my cell phone or beeper?
Patrons with cellular telephones, alarm watches and/or electronic paging systems must turn them off prior to entering the auditorium.

Are donations to the Foundation tax deductible?
Yes. Donations are welcome and are tax deductible. Please make checks payable to Armstrong International Cultural Foundation and note on the check that it is a donation.
